Smart Car
Stellantis' low-cost multi-energy platform, an electric development of the CMP platform. It carries on the same line both petrol and hybrid as well as fully electric models — the ë-C3, Fiat Grande Panda and Opel Frontera exist side by side in both forms. Not a dedicated skateboard, then: the battery pack sits in a floor that must also house a combustion line, not as a flat floor. LFP cells on 400V keep the price low. For CarMatch the affordable entry segment — common, but with modest range and charging speed.
Smart Car is the EV platform of Stellantis, in production since 2024, with a 400V architecture. The Smart Car platform carries 4 models from 3 brands. The WLTP range of the current variants on Smart Car runs from 215 to 408 km.
Pick the car first, then the version — chemistry, battery and drive differ per version.
